Came in with some local family & some more family from out of state. Good choice. They have an excellent food selection, fair prices and top notch service. We had 5 adults, 1 child & 1 toddler. We wanted to sit outside but couldn't get a big enough area so we sat inside. The interior has a calm but bright ambience, I loved the lighting, the menus are classy with a leather feel and the table was set properly. I would definitely recommend this place for a business meal or date. Everything came out perfect. The portions are huge.

This is our second time visiting, and we came for happy hour and ordered a couple of appetizers. The chicharrones are freshly fried and still popping when they come to the table, totally fun and HUGE, served with a Cheese sausage dip. We also got the bacon wrapped shrimp. I had a couple of very nice glasses of wine, and my husband had an Old Fashioned. It was Sunday, and they were pretty busy with a new bartender, so things took a little while, but not too bad. And we only waited about 10 minutes for seating. Our waitress, Colleen, is so special and did a great job! The last time we were here, I had the cobb salad, and my husband had the burger, and both were excellent.

Block & Bottle has become our go to here in castle rock! Servers and management are all extremely personable and attentive. Food is fresh and consistent, and we love the vibes/atmosphere. Karri, Natalie, Savannah, Tami, Celso, Maya, and Juan (just to name a few) are absolute rock stars - but as I said, the entire the staff is super friendly and informative. From the breakfast, to dinner (crab stuffed salmon is ), and the drinks - everything is just absolutely amazing!

My husband and I came here super hungry after 7 laps at Challenge Hill. We got a great seat outside, next to the fire. The air was slightly chilly in the shade and I loved feeling the warmth. It took quite awhile for anyone to acknowledge us. I think our server might have been having a less than energetic day. We ordered an IPA, a glass of wine and burgers with fries. I enjoyed my wine very much. We thought the burgers were good, though maybe slightly under seasoned. In fact, my husband salted his and I've never seen him do that. My bottom bun got super soggy from the grease off the burger. I ended up "knife-and-forking" it. My husband's burger stayed intact and was not soggy. We liked the vibe of the place and we will most likely give it another try.

Excellent food, excellent service! Loved it. Probably my favorite place in Castle Rock for breakfast! Haven’t had a chance to have lunch or dinner but wouldn’t doubt it’s anything but great. Recommend the doughnuts and eggs Benedict!

We ordered take out for NYE. We got the artichoke dip, braised beef gnocchi and lobster & shrimp linguine. Will have to dine in to try the sausage & mussels sometime. Food was excellent. Good sized portions and complex flavors on each dish. I can't comment on the service or atmosphere yet but plan to since it's a prime time spot in downtown Castlerock. Definitely worth a try.
